Welcome beautiful soul. As I’m sure you know by now having found your way here, my name is Sunniva Holt (pronounced Sun-Eva).

I was privileged enough to grow up in the South Island of New Zealand on a farm right beside the ocean - truly one of the most beautiful places in the world. My parents raised us to work hard and be very independent, traits that served me well in life and have led me down some incredible paths. I started traveling the world when I was 17 and I really thrive on exploring new horizons, meeting new people and having new experiences. I have had a lifelong love of personal development, ever since I discovered Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki and Napoleon hill as a teenager, which gave me the tenacity to buy my first property at the tender age of 19. I still remember the looks on the faces of the real estate agents in Queenstown, when I walked in asking to look at some properties. I was completely dismissed by the first two I spoke to, then I finally found one who took me seriously and fortunately for them they did, because they ended up making a commission from that sale. It was just the start of another lifelong passion of mine - playing with property. I’ve always loved taking something that needed some love, and breathing new life into it. Interior design is another element of that for me, everything in my life is about being both beautiful and practical.

I now live in Auckland New Zealand with my beautiful daughter. A city I love and am proud to call home for most of the past 20 years. And I have been in the coaching space for over a decade. Working with women helping them create a life and business on their terms is my purpose and something I’m fiercely passionate about. 

My coaching style is deeply intuitive. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge and am constantly looking to expand on what I know then fully embody and integrate those learnings, so I can pass them onto others.
